Q is The top selection of our grapes, which are separated from the rest of the harvest from 2018.
Q is mainly sangiovese, with a little addition of cabernet sauvignonIt has matured in 30% new oak on barrique French and Hungarian for 33 months. It was bottled 30th of July 2021 and released March 2022.
Q has several layers and the elegance of a "Q"-ueen :) The nose full of ripe cherries and raspberries, from the oak hints of tobacco and coffee, Italian herbs as rosemary, sage and also cloves. The acidity is fresh and still firm and the tannins are smooth and gives an elegant texture to the wine. It has a long finish that lingers with red fruit coffee.
